Course 1: Soft Skills & Personal Development

  • Description: This course focuses on the foundational soft skills necessary for personal and professional success. Topics include time management, teamwork, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
  • Credit Hours: 1.5

Course 2: Foundations of Professional Communication & Career Development

  • Description: Participants will learn the essentials of professional communication, including email etiquette, resume crafting, and interview techniques. The course also covers digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Credit Hours: 1.5

Course 3: Leadership, Management, Entrepreneurship

  • Description: This course introduces leadership theories and management practices. Participants will explore various leadership styles, team dynamics, and decision-making processes.
  • Credit Hours: 2

Course 4: Emotional Intelligence

  • Description: Emotional intelligence is critical in managing oneself and others. This course explores the components of emotional intelligence and provides tools for improving emotional awareness and interpersonal relationships.
