In a significant development, Anmol Husain has been appointed as the new acting CEO of Xpertno Research Center (XRC) and Head of all other Expert Novice Group constituent units. This marks the beginning of a new chapter for XRC as its founding CEO, Raja Nasir, steps aside to pave the way for the next generation of leaders.

Raja Nasir: A Leader Who Built Bridges

Raja Nasir, who has served as the driving force behind XRC and its initiatives, announced his decision to step back, citing his belief in the potential of young leadership. In his characteristic humorous yet profound style, he remarked,

"The age is for the young generation. I hilariously call myself an old man just under 25 because I’ve sailed the ocean so far and so long in just 25 years of my life."

He emphasized that the decision was not made lightly but was driven by the need for fresh energy and ideas to propel XRC to greater heights. Reflecting on the challenges of managing multiple responsibilities, he admitted,

"It’s now difficult for me to handle too many things together. I’ve seen myself not as active during this year, especially in the last months, as I was previously. It’s time to take a break and step back for few moments from a few things."

A Warm Welcome for Anmol Husain

As Anmol Husain steps into the role of acting CEO, Raja Nasir expressed his confidence in the new leadership.

"I wish all the best to the new Acting CEO. This is a time for young people to flourish, and I’m excited to see the direction they will take XRC in the future,"  he said during his formal farewell to the team.

Anmol Husain, known for their dynamic approach and innovative mindset, has already expressed a commitment to continuing the legacy of XRC while introducing new strategies and visions for its growth.

A Farewell with Wisdom

During the formal farewell session with XRC members, Raja Nasir was asked to share a quote from his book that best encapsulates his feelings at this juncture. His response was both poignant and reflective:

"All those who live inside the deep ocean of heart are usually strangers."

This sentiment resonated deeply with the team, reflecting the depth of his journey and the emotional weight of this transition.

Looking Forward

As XRC embarks on this new phase under Anmol Husain’s leadership, Raja Nasir’s legacy as the visionary founder will continue to inspire its mission and values. While he steps back to focus on other pursuits, his contributions to XRC and the broader research community will remain a cornerstone of its identity.

The XRC team extends its heartfelt gratitude to Raja Nasir for his unwavering dedication and wishes Anmol Husain all the best as they lead XRC into a promising future.
