Workshop 1: Character Building and Peace from Sirah (SAW) and Modern Perspectives
This workshop aims to explore the timeless teachings of the Sirah (SAW) and their relevance in modern times. Participants will delve into how these teachings can contribute to character building and fostering peace in today's world. The session will bridge historical wisdom with contemporary challenges, offering practical insights for personal and community development.
Workshop 2: Mastering Research Publication and Citation Strategies
This workshop is designed to equip researchers with the knowledge and tools necessary for successful research publication and citation management. It will cover essential topics such as evaluating journals, understanding the publication process, enhancing citation rates, and avoiding common pitfalls like spam publications. The session will provide practical advice for both new and experienced researchers aiming to make a significant impact in their fields.

  • However, on demand, a fee of PKR 500 will be charged for a printed certificate, and PKR 4500 for a paperback book except delivery charges.

Dr. Fatmir Shehu

Associate Professor, International Islamic University Malaysia

Dr. Fatmir Shehu, an Albanian scholar, is an Associate Professor at IIUM's Department of Usul al-Din and Comparative Religion. He is currently involved in Erasmus Research on environmental and peace education (2023-2026) and serves as Editor-In-Chief of Al-Itqān: Journal of Islamic Sciences and Comparative Studies (2024-2025). With a Ph.D. on inter-religious dialogue, he has supervised numerous M.A. and Ph.D. students and published extensively, including 36 articles, 6 books, and 9 book chapters. (Speaker of all Sessions)

Dr. Salma Razzaq

Assistant Professor, Air University, Pakistan

Dr. Salma Razzaq is an assistant professor at Air University. Alongside her teaching role, she serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Xpertno International Journal of Interdisciplinary Research (XIJIR). Her academic focus and leadership in research have enabled her to contribute significantly to interdisciplinary studies and guide the publication process for high-quality research articles. Her experience extends to mentoring students and engaging in research activities that align with her expertise. (Speaker of 1st session)

Dr. Muzaffar Ali

Assistant Professor, Bahria University, Karachi

Dr. Muzaffar Ali is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Islamic Studies, Bahria University, Karachi Campus. His scholarly work focuses on Islamic Philosophy, history, the Seerah of the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and the comparative study of Western and Islamic philosophical traditions. He has a particular interest in the works of Arnold Toynbee and Ibn Khaldun, exploring their insights into civilization and history. Dr. Muzaffar is also the author of the motivational book Journey to Brilliance: Embracing Growth, Success, and Empowerment, and he frequently delivers workshops and lectures on personal development, integrating Islamic teachings to inspire growth and self-improvement. Raja Nasir

Ph.D. Linguistics Scholar, Interdisciplinary Researcher, Poet, Author, Philosopher, & C.E.O of Expert Novice Group

Nasir Razzaq is a linguist, educator, and PhD scholar in linguistics. He is the CEO of Expert Novice Group Pvt. Ltd. and the founder of Xpertno Research Center (SMC Pvt.) Ltd., which focuses on uplifting Pakistan's research standards. He has authored over 13 books and published numerous research articles. Nasir is also actively engaged in content creation, including blogs and literary works, and has organized various academic programs and events. (Speaker of 1st session)
